How Studyle plans, trials, payments, renewals and cancellations work for library owners.

Free trial

A new centre gets a 30-day free trial with full access and no card required. It is a Studyle trial, not a Google Play free trial, and nothing is charged when it ends.
If you buy a plan during the trial, your paid period starts when the trial ends, so no free days are lost.

Plans and prices

Studyle offers monthly and yearly plans (and others from time to time). Current plans and prices are shown in the app and on studyle.in/pricing before you pay.
Prices are in Indian rupees (₹). The Google Play price is set in Google Play and is shown on Google Play’s own payment screen; it can differ slightly from the Razorpay price.

How you pay

Billing is handled by Google Play (in the Android app) or Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking). Studyle never receives or stores your card, UPI or bank details. Every payment is verified with Google or Razorpay on our server before your plan is updated.

Renewal

Google Play subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period and are charged to your Google Play account until you cancel.
Razorpay payments are one-time: each payment buys one period and does not renew automatically. Renew from the app before it ends. Paying before the current period ends adds the new period after it.

Cancelling

Cancel a Google Play subscription anytime in Google Play (Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions). You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
A Razorpay plan needs no cancelling — it ends at the end of its period unless you renew. Cancelling a subscription does not delete your account; to delete your account, see studyle.in/delete-account.

Failed payments

If a Google Play renewal fails, Google retries the payment and you keep access during Google Play’s grace period. If the payment still fails, the plan ends.

When a plan ends

You can still sign in and view your centre’s data, but you cannot add or change anything until you renew. Your data is not deleted when a plan ends.
Studyle may suspend a centre for a serious breach of the Terms of Service; a suspended centre must contact support to be reactivated.

Changing plans

To move to a different plan, buy the new plan; it starts after your current paid period ends. For a Google Play subscription, cancel the old one in Google Play so it does not renew as well.

Refunds

See the Refund Policy at studyle.in/refund.
