What Studyle does
Students and memberships: records, plans, validity dates and a digital ID with QR for every student.
Seats and shifts: a seat map, reservations, and one seat shared across morning, afternoon and evening students.
Attendance: mark by hand, scan a QR code, or let students check in with a QR or location check.
Fees: record cash, UPI and card payments, track dues, send reminders and share receipts.
Expenses and reports: centre expenses by category, with collection, attendance and occupancy reports.
Also: lockers, staff accounts, announcements, library rules, Excel and CSV student import, and a student helpdesk.
What it is not
It is not a book-lending (catalogue and circulation) system. It manages seats, memberships, attendance and fees.
It is not a content platform for exam preparation. It is the tool the centre uses to run itself.
