Refund Policy

Last updated: 26 September 2026
This policy covers payments centre owners make to Studyle for a Studyle plan. Payments between a student and their library are between them and the centre — Studyle does not collect or refund those.

Try before you pay

Every new centre gets a 30-day free trial with no card required, so you can use Studyle fully before paying anything.

Payments through Razorpay

Payments made through Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking) are final and are not refunded, including for an unused part of a plan period.
If you were charged twice for the same plan, or charged when the payment did not activate your plan, we refund the extra or failed charge in full. Email support@studyle.in with the payment reference within 30 days of the charge.
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay, usually within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank.

Payments through Google Play

Subscriptions bought in the Android app are billed by Google Play, and refunds for them follow Google Play’s refund policy. You can request one from Google Play (play.google.com → Account → Order history) or through Google Play Help.
To stop future charges, cancel the subscription in Google Play (Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions). You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
If Google refunds or reverses a payment, the Studyle plan it paid for ends.

Cancelling

A Razorpay payment buys one plan period and does not renew, so there is nothing to cancel — the plan simply ends unless you renew it.
After a plan ends, you can still sign in and view your centre’s data, but you cannot make changes until you renew.

Chargebacks and unauthorised payments

If you see a payment you did not make, contact support@studyle.in and your bank or Google straight away. A disputed or charged-back payment may pause the plan it paid for while the dispute is open.

Taxes

Vermax Labs is not registered for GST. Prices shown are final and include any applicable taxes. Receipts are payment records, not tax invoices.
