Delete your Studyle account

Last updated: 26 September 2026
You can delete your Studyle account and your centre’s data at any time. This page explains how, what is deleted, and what we keep.

Centre owners — delete in the app

Open the Studyle app and go to More → Settings → Account, then tap “Delete my account”.
Confirm with your password — or, if you signed up with Google, confirm by signing in with Google again. Deletion is permanent and happens immediately — it cannot be undone.
If you have a Google Play subscription, cancel it in Google Play (Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions) so you are not charged again. Deleting your Studyle account does not cancel it for you.

Centre owners — request by email

If you can’t use the app, email support@studyle.in from the email address registered on your Studyle account, with the subject “Delete my account” and the name of your library.
We will only act on requests sent from the account’s registered email address, and we will reply to confirm once the deletion is complete.

Students

Student accounts are created and managed by your library. To have your student account and records removed, ask your centre to remove you from Studyle.
If your centre doesn’t respond, email support@studyle.in from the email address on your student account with the name of your centre, and we will help.

What is deleted

When a centre owner deletes their account, we permanently delete the owner account and the centre, together with its students and their logins, attendance, membership plans and student payment records, expenses, staff, seats, shifts, reservations, seat requests, notifications, issues, announcements, feedback and support tickets.

What we keep

Records of payments made to Studyle for the Studyle subscription are kept for accounting and tax purposes, with the link to your personal account removed.
