# Studyle features

> Studyle is library management software for India, made by Vermax Labs. Owners of libraries, reading rooms, self-study halls and coaching centres run seats and shifts, attendance, fees and reports from one Android app and the web, and every student gets their own login.

## For owners
- **Students and memberships:** records, plans, validity dates, assigned seat, and a digital ID with QR for every student. Import a whole sheet from Excel or CSV.
- **Seats and shifts:** a live seat map with free, taken, reserved and blocked seats. One seat can be shared across morning, afternoon and evening shifts; it shows as full only when every shift is taken. Seat requests from students.
- **Attendance:** mark by hand, scan the student's QR, or let students check in with a QR or location check. Daily and monthly views and low-attendance follow-up.
- **Fees and payments:** record cash, UPI and card payments, track pending and overdue fees, send reminders and share receipts.
- **Expenses and reports:** log centre expenses by category and see collection, attendance and occupancy reports for any date range.
- **Also:** lockers, staff accounts, announcements, library rules, and a student helpdesk (students report issues; you reply and track them).

## For students
Their own login: attendance history, fee status and receipts, seat and locker, announcements, digital ID with QR, support requests, and study tools (focus timer, exam countdowns, mock-test tracker).
